A Device That Solves a

Workforce attendance management across Indian businesses is unreliable. Manual registers, RFID cards, and outdated punch systems are gamed daily — leading to payroll errors, time theft, and a complete lack of verifiable data for employers.

Realkeeper saw this gap clearly. They approached Blue Heart Robotics with a defined objective and the R&D investment to make it real — build a fingerprint biometric attendance device that is accurate, tamper-proof, cloud-connected, and fully controllable from a mobile phone.

Blue Heart Robotics designed and delivered the complete solution. We engineered the hardware enclosure and circuitry, developed the embedded biometric firmware, built the cloud data infrastructure, and shipped native Android and iOS applications — all under one roof, as a single accountable team.
